Oops Honey

This honey was an accident blend that I mixed up yrs ago and our customers loved it so I decided to keep making it. Its a blend of orange bloom, blackberry honey, and eucalyptus. It is fruit forward with orange in the beginning and then finished with eucalyptus. Delicious in Oatmeal, smoothies, summer dressings, and drizzled on fruit.
